TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Everything must be paid for the day of the sale in CASH  prior to removal from the premises.  Additionally, there is a $100 dollar refundable deposit required for every 3 units that will be returned after all lockers are fully emptied Buyers have 24hrs to remove items purchased.  Contents of Each Unit will be sold as one lot.  Prospective Buyers will be allowed to look in each unit before it is auctioned.  Bidders will not be allowed to Enter Units.

During the Auction there will be a 10% buyer’s premium
and 6% percent Maryland State sales tax.
